Requirements for joining the group:
Height above 1.5 meters, below 2 meters, weight between 45 kg and 120 kg, good physical fitness, must be able to swim and move freely in the water. Minimum age is 12 years old (minors must be accompanied by their parents or an adult guardian)
Able to communicate in English If you wear glasses, please bring your contact lenses If you are over 45 years old, a chronic alcoholic or smoker, you need to sign a medical waiver If you are over 60 years old, you must sign a medical waiver If you have any medical history, please obtain a consent form from your doctor allowing you to participate in this tour.
You must read, sign and comply with the Silfra Snorkeling Tours Medical Certificate before joining the tour. Details of the medical certificate will be sent after order confirmation.
The tour is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone with neurological, respiratory, circulatory or other related diseases.
You will drive to Thingvellir National Park to meet your guide. No pick-up service is provided. Please bring: long-sleeved thermal underwear, warm socks, clothes suitable for the weather of the day, a small towel, a change of clothes, etc. This product does not include shopping trips (except for DFS, Galeries Lafayette and other world-renowned department stores, scenic spots and shopping organized by users themselves)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
