This product is suitable for guests aged 6 and above. Each adult is only allowed to bring one child/teen to participate in the self-driving collection. No round-trip pick-up service is provided in Reykjavik. This product does not recommend or force any self-funded projects throughout the journey (self-funded activities organized by non-platform merchants such as scenic spots and arrangements made by users themselves are not included)
Snowmobile project, the price is per person, 2 people will ride a snowmobile together (you need to book 2 people according to the number of people when booking). There will be a local professional guide to lead you. If you want to drive a snowmobile, you need to show a valid driver's license, otherwise, you can only participate as a passenger. If you want to experience single riding, you can increase the single riding price difference, please contact customer service for details; if the number of people traveling is odd, you need to choose the single riding price difference, please contact customer service for details.
Order confirmation: This product is a double-confirmed product. Due to limited tourism resources in Iceland, we will help you reconfirm the inventory within 24 hours after you take the product. If you cannot make a reservation, we will refund you. Please understand that this travel product is booked by Guide to Iceland

After payment is completed, the merchant will confirm whether the reservation is successful within 24 working hours at the latest.
After the order is confirmed, the tour group will confirm the departure. In case of extreme weather, we will notify you by email one day before departure.
There is no minimum number of participants for the tour group to depart.
If the payment is not confirmed within the time limit, the system will automatically refund the payment, which is expected to be returned to the payment account within 1-7 working days
This product provides a group notification/confirmation form, which will be sent by the merchant at least 1 day before the travel date. If you have not received it, please contact the merchant in time
We will send you a confirmation slip 3 days before your trip. Please read the confirmation slip carefully.
We recommend that you print the itinerary. If you are unable to print, please ensure that your electronic device can display the confirmation in full and clearly at the tour location.
Recommended to bring: comfortable and durable hiking shoes, hat and gloves;
Please arrive at the designated meeting place 15 to 30 minutes in advance. The specific meeting time and location shall be subject to the time and location disclosed in the final itinerary;
If your tour is unable to operate due to extreme weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. If a volcanic eruption prevents you from arriving in Iceland, you can cancel your trip and receive a full refund;
There is no charge for rescheduling. If there is no stock for the rescheduling, we will try our best to coordinate for you. If we cannot coordinate, we will issue you a full refund;
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If it is a weekend, please contact us one working day in advance. For example: if your tour group is on Sunday, please contact us before 6 pm on Thursday.
Guide to Iceland cannot be held liable for any losses, accidents, injuries, sickness, personal injuries, financial, entertainment or mental damage during your tour. If your tour is delayed due to force majeure such as weather, natural disasters, strikes or other force majeure, and is not changed or cancelled in advance as per the terms of the service, you will be liable for any losses incurred. Tour operators reserve the right to change routes, schedules and itineraries due to extreme weather, road conditions or other necessity. We recommend that all tourists purchase a comprehensive travel insurance before departure to reduce the risk of losses due to unforeseen external forces during your trip.
Due to the changeable weather in Iceland, activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions. Please pay attention to your email before departure. If you cancel, please contact us in time and we will try our best to help you arrange the change. If the change is not possible, we will refund the money.
During the tour, if the operator fails to pick up the group on time, you will need to call the contact number yourself or ask the hotel front desk to help you call the contact number. Please pay attention to the itinerary;
During your trip to Iceland, if you encounter an emergency or complaint, please contact our agency in a timely manner. The local Chinese customer service phone number will be disclosed in the itinerary. The content of any complaint will be based on the content of the first contact with us.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
