Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.
**【Group tour coming soon】Scheme: After placing an order, you need to confirm whether the group can be formed again, which is subject to the final confirmation of the supplier. If the group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange other departure dates.
Note: All public entertainment facilities in the hotel are provided by the hotel. If they are changed or closed due to inspection and maintenance or other uncontrollable factors, our agency will not make any other arrangements or compensation.
Please gather on time. Latecomers will not be waited for.
There will be no tour leader from Hong Kong. We will inform you of the meeting time, location, contact information of the local tour guide or relevant personnel by SMS or special person before 5pm on the working day before departure.
All guests who join our tour group must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance.
In accordance with national environmental protection policy requirements, the hotel has cancelled the free disposable items in the rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own.
The order of itinerary, meals and accommodation shall be subject to local reception arrangements. Any changes will be made without prior notice.
Please refer to the itinerary or ask the staff for details of charges. If there are any adjustments, they will be subject to the time of registration.
Some facilities and activities in the scenic area and hotel may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without further notice.
For groups departing on public holidays, the meeting time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at the meeting place and customs checkpoint. Our agency will send a dedicated person to call and inform the exact meeting time one day before the group departure.
Take a domestic tourist bus. The seating order for domestic tour buses is based on the order in which guests register.
