A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 14 day(s) before the departure date

Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

If the Shinhotaka Ropeway is suspended due to bad weather or other reasons, we will refund the group fee and proceed with your trip.

For departures on 7/19, 8/10, and 9/14, the departure time will be advanced by 30 minutes to 7:10 AM.

Please refrain from using the reclining function on the bus seats.

As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.

Delays due to transportation delays, etc., and non-participation will also be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.

The child (elementary school student) fee is the same as the adult fee. The infant (3-5 years old) fee is the same as the adult fee with the same services. Participation is not allowed for children aged 0-2 years.

On the day of the trip, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Due to unexpected traffic congestion, crowded tourist spots, etc., we may have to omit some sightseeing spots, shorten the sightseeing time, or delay the return time. Please note that even if the return time is significantly delayed, we will not be able to cover the cost of accommodation, meals, taxi fares, etc.

For free exploration in valleys, forests, and other areas, the itinerary may be changed to alternative sightseeing spots or omitted depending on weather conditions.
