・Please arrive exactly at your reservation time. If you arrive early, we may not be able to accommodate you right away.
・On-site payment is only accepted in cash.

・Please wear colored contact lenses beforehand. Also, they are not available for sale in stores.
・Eating and drinking is permitted in the studio, however if any stains caused by eating or drinking are discovered, a cleaning fee will be charged.
・When you contact us by phone, a male staff member may respond.
・When you arrive at the store, please ring the intercom and wait.
Underwear is not available for rental.
-If you would like to have makeup done, please note that it will take approximately 60 minutes per person.
- If you cancel or change on the day of your reservation, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
・You may bring and wear clothing when you come to the store, but excessive exposure is not permitted.
