This tour includes Huis Ten Bosch 1DAY Passport, JR train tickets (round-trip tickets between Hakata Station and Huis Ten Bosch Station), 1 night Hotel Stay including breakfast, and meal ticket in Huis Ten Bosch.
The minimum number of participants is 2 adults.
No tour guide will accompany the tour.
The tour may be canceled in case Huis Ten Bosch is closed due to the weather (typhoon, etc.) or other reasons. For information on Huis Ten Bosch, please check the official website.
Hotel will be arranged at a 5-star hotel near Huis Ten Bosch. (Hotel Rotterdam or similar)
If Hotel Rotterdam is fully booked, we may suggest another hotel of equal grade. Hotel availability is always changing, so if all hotels are full, we may have to cancel the tour.
The only transportation included in this tour is round-trip tickets between Hakata Station and Huis Ten Bosch Station (NON reserved seat).
Only JR ticket, Huis Ten Bosch passport and meal coupon are included in the children's price. Children's bed and breakfast are not included in the children's rate. （Please pay for your child's breakfast on site.) If a bed is required, please make a reservation at the adult price.
Reminders
Once the tour has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the dates or the number of participants. In this case, please cancel the tour and make another reservation. (A default cancellation fee might be charged.)

If the amount of the meal coupon exceeds the amount of the meal coupon (1,000 yen), the customer will be charged for the excess amount. Please make sure that the information on the hotel where you will be staying in Fukuoka is correct. We will send you your JR ticket at least one day before your ride. If there are any errors, you will not receive your ticket.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
