What to expect
Download the CHARGESPOT mobile application and complete the registration or log in as a member. Then bind your payment method in the Thailand interface.
The rental pass can only be activated upon arrival in Thailand and using Thailand network.
Rental Pass Terms & Conditions:
1. This 1-Day Power Bank Rental Pass is valid for redemption only within the territory of Japan / Thailand / Taiwan.
2. In the CHARGESPOT app, go to My Page > Profile > Switch your region > switch to CHARGESPOT Japan / Thailand / Taiwan interface.
3. In the CHARGESPOT app, go to My Page > My Wallet > Others > bind your payment method.
4. Taiwan/Thailand: In the CHARGESPOT app, go to My Page > Coupons and enter this coupon code to redeem 1 daily charging rental pass. Japan: In the CHARGESPOT app, go to My Page > Profile > ChargeSPOT Business > enter activation code to redeem.
5. Japan: Entering the coupon code will be deemed as confirming the activation of the pass, which allows for unlimited free rentals of power banks at designated CHARGESPOT rental stations in Japan within the first 24 hours upon activation.
Taiwan: Entering the coupon code will be deemed as confirming the activation of the pass, which allows for 5 power bank rentals at CHARGESPOT rental stations in Taiwan within the first 24 hours upon activation.
Thailand: Entering the coupon code will be deemed as confirming the activation of the pass, which allows for 5 power bank rentals at designated CHARGESPOT rental stations in Thailand within the first 24 hours upon activation.
6. Upon completion of the rental, the system will apply the pass automatically to offset the rental amount and the user is required to settle the remaining fee (if any).
7. If the rental exceeds 168 hours without proper return, a penalty of seven-day rent and an overdue fine must be paid. The overdue fine will be calculated based on the charging rules of the rental station where the rental is made.
8. The pass will be deemed as used upon confirmation and can only be used once. There will be no cancellation and cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts, promotions or transferred to another person.
9. The redemption of the code is valid until 31 Mar 2025.
10. The pass is valid for 24 hours from the time of redemption. Expiration will render the pass invalid.
11. Japan: The pass is not applicable to rental stations within Tokyo Disneyland and Universal Studio Japan area.
Thailand: The rental pass is not applicable to rental stations at Don Mueang International Airport and special events.
12. In case of any dispute, CHARGESPOT reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

Please read the following important information carefully before using the One-Day Power Bank Rental Pass:
1. Rental Stations: This rental pass is not applicable at all rental stations. Please confirm whether your rental location are qualified for use. For more details, refer to Section 11 of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Overdue Penalty: Late returns of the power banks will incur an overdue penalty. Please ensure the power bank is returned on time to avoid extra charges. For more details, refer to Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions.

Activate the code via CHARGESPOT App
Voucher Redemption Period
- Valid for redemption before 2025-03-31; Invalid after expiration
- The pass is valid for 24 hours from the time of redemption. Expiration will render the pass invalid.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
