• Tickets are valid for one person only during the event period. Please check the event date and time before purchasing.

• When purchasing a student ticket, please present your student ID card (excluding elementary school students).

• Admission may be restricted if the venue is crowded.

• If you have a disability certificate or similar, you will be charged an admission fee, but up to one attendant may enter free of charge.

• Please note that preschool children (including their accompanying guardians) and customers with a disability certificate (including one accompanying person) will not be given priority entrance and will have to wait in line when the venue is crowded.

• The end date for each ticket sales point varies depending on the sales point. Please check with the sales point you are using for details. Please note that ticket sales may be suspended or terminated depending on the venue capacity. Please check the official website of the event before purchasing or attending.

• The event is expected to be very busy on weekends, national holidays, and towards the end of the session. We recommend that you consider visiting on a weekday, visiting towards the beginning of the session, or purchasing tickets in advance.

• You cannot use the goods shop alone. You can only enter the store during the viewing time you visit on the day. We may limit your shopping time when it is crowded.

• You may take photos and videos inside the venue. However, please refrain from using tripods, selfie sticks, or other auxiliary equipment, or flashes. Please note that the organizers are not responsible for any accidents caused by photography or any trouble related to the use of images or videos.

• Please refrain from touching the screens in the video area or other exhibits.

• Please refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, talking on mobile phones, running, and other activities within the venue.
