According to Article 2, Item 4 of the "Standardized Contract for Goods (Services) Gift Certificates" announced on April 10, 2020 (applicable from the date of announcement): Gift certificates must specify the procedure for consumers to request a refund and the amount to be refunded. Businesses may charge a handling fee for refunds, but this fee shall not exceed three percent of the refunded amount. If you order several sets, you will get several sets of cancellation confirmation codes on the voucher. The restaurant reserves the right not to accept redemption if the reservation is not made in advance according to regulations.
A set of electronic vouchers can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, they cannot be reused and must be kept properly. If the electronic voucher is lost or redeemed by a third party, the loss will be borne by the consumer and will not be reissued.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
