When making a reservation, please let us know your desired boarding time (18:00-20:00). Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to weather, aviation regulations, or other passengers.
We ask for your weight when you make a reservation in order to calculate the fuel load and passenger weight to ensure a safe flight. Please note that this is an important safety management value.
Children 2 and under can ride for free if they sit on a parent's lap (maximum one infant).
To ensure safety, flights may be canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather or equipment malfunction.
Forecasts of high winds, low clouds, and poor visibility increase the chance of flight cancellations.
A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel for personal reasons, but not if you cancel due to weather or equipment maintenance.
Please note that we cannot provide compensation for damages caused by cancellation.
If you notify us in advance of your request to reschedule, we will not charge a cancellation fee. If you do not contact us until the day of the event, we will charge a cancellation fee.

In principle, we will decide whether or not a flight will operate between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. on the day of the flight and notify you accordingly, but in some cases we may notify you several days in advance.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
