Reminders
Customers who have made an appointment will be given priority. Please be sure to arrive at the store on time according to the agreed time. If the customer is late due to their own reasons, they will need to wait in line again.
Renting kimonos and optional items may increase the overall cost. Additional charges can be paid in-store with cash.
Regarding children's kimonos, depending on the child's height, we may not be able to prepare a kimono of the appropriate size for them.
