Purchase Notice
- Expiry date: Valid within 4 days from the start date of the ride ※ The ticket for each section is only valid for a one-way ride. Please pay attention
- Each adult can bring one child under the age of 6 for free. If there is a child who needs to occupy a seat, please purchase an additional child ticket (6-11 years old)
- Please be informed that advance reservations are required for the Goraiko Bus to Mount Norikura
- You can also use the direct bus " National Park Liner " from Matsumoto to Kamikochi. (On-site reservations are required, no advance reservations are allowed)
If you want to take the "National Park Liner", please present your e-voucher at Matsumoto Bus Terminal for redemption the day before departure or on the day of departure. Please inform the ticket staff at the redemption window that you want to take the "National Park Liner"

If you use the ticket for the Norikura route, you need to purchase a seat ticket of JP ¥300 if you want to take the Goraiko bus
Reminders
After the redemption, the ticket is a continuous ticket. Please hand over the section ticket you are using to the station staff when you get off the bus
Please note if you want to take the Yulaiguang bus, you need to purchase a seat ticket of 300 yen, please pay directly on the spot
On the day of the experience, it may be affected by force majeure factors such as bad weather, resulting in the suspension or delay of the scheduled route or other factors that make it impossible to take the car, and it is impossible to request a refund, extend the use period, or change to other alternative means of transportation. Within the Kamikochi Park Line, the ticket departing from Kamikochi can be used again to board transportation bound for Kamikochi
If you get off at a place other than the designated stop, the section ticket will be deemed invalid, please be informed
Please note that only one ride (one-way) is allowed for the transportation within the specified section stated on the ticket
Please keep the ticket properly and do not lose it. If it is lost, it will not be reissued
Please bring the paper voucher when redeeming the physical ticket

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
