Purchase Notice
The ninja experience is conducted outdoors. In case of rain or severe weather, the experience may be canceled or modified.
･Tour Cancellation:
The tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. Please note that we cannot cover transportation costs if you are already on your way to the meeting point.
･Tour Participation:
If the number of participants is less than 20, or due to force majeure such as disasters or accidents, the tour may be changed or canceled up to three days before the tour start date.
Injuries and Illnesses: Injuries or illnesses related to the ninja experience will be handled in accordance with laws and regulations. (We are not responsible for incidents caused by the participant's own actions.)
･Meal Costs:
Lunch is not included in the tour fee. Please bring your own food, or purchase meals at the facilities along the way.
･Refund Policy:
We cannot provide refunds if certain attractions are not visible or are difficult to see.
･Schedule Changes:
Due to road conditions or crowding at facilities, the schedule may not proceed as planned, and some parts of the itinerary may be changed or cut.
･Travel Time:
Please note that it takes approximately 3 hours one way by car from Tokyo to Higashi Agatsuma Town.
Reminders
･According to Japanese law, please wear your seatbelt while on the tour bus.
･Please note that the return location cannot be changed after the tour has ended.
･Due to unavoidable reasons such as traffic congestion, the tour schedule may change, and the time spent at each sightseeing spot may be shortened.
･If you feel unwell, please inform the guide immediately. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
･The tour will depart at the scheduled time, so please be punctual. The staff will decide to depart if the scheduled departure time has passed.
･There are no toilets on the bus.
･Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Reclining seats are generally not allowed.
･The meeting point and the drop-off location may differ.
･Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour ends. However, perishable items such as food or items difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please understand this in advance.
･Pets are not allowed on the tour.
･In case of emergencies, you may be asked to stay with the tour conductor.
･We are not responsible for sold-out or low-stock anime-related products.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
