The 44th edition of this traditional summer event in Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture, begins at 19:00 and lasts for approximately 60 minutes, with about 10,000 fireworks blooming over the surface of Lake Kitaura in the Ofunatsu area. As the largest event in the region, the brilliant fireworks reflect off the lake's surface, creating a magnificent scene against the night sky. Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki Prefecture is a large park famous for its seasonal flowers, located on the Pacific coast of Hitachinaka City, covering approximately 350 hectares. The park's greatest feature is its seasonal floral landscape; in autumn, tens of thousands of kochia plants on Miharashi Hill gradually turn from green to red, creating a dazzling sea of red that is perfect for photography and enjoying the autumn scenery. In addition to nemophila and kochia, the park features various flowers throughout the seasons, such as tulips, sunflowers, and roses, ensuring it is full of life all year round.
