The customer service team will join your account three days before the start of the course and set up a common group with the instructor to facilitate meeting details with you on the day of class.
Equipment required for ski lessons: skis, ski boots, ski poles, ski jacket, ski pants, ski gloves, goggles/snow goggles, helmet (must be worn).
Equipment required for snowboarding lessons: snowboard, snowboard boots, ski jacket, ski pants, ski gloves, goggles/snow goggles, helmet (must be worn).
Snow Wave prioritizes your safety; helmets are mandatory throughout the lessons. If you are a first-time snowboarder, we strongly recommend wearing additional protective gear, including knee pads, hip pads, wrist guards, and elbow pads. Since most ski shops do not offer protective gear rental, Snow Wave provides a dedicated protective gear rental service. Please contact us for details if you require rentals.
If you need to rent ski equipment on the day of class, it is recommended to reserve 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the number of people on the day) for renting and trying on. If you need a coach to accompany you, the rental will be included in the course time, please inform us in advance and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
It is recommended to wear underwear and ski socks that are convenient for movement, breathable and warm under the ski jacket/ski pants (jeans are not recommended). For more information on ski clothing, please refer to Xuelang’s blog article: https://reurl.cc/E6GnQa
If the ski resort is closed on the day of class and the class cannot be held, the Snow and Flow team will contact you to change the class date or handle refunds, and try to help you complete your subsequent journey.
