The chicken used is mainly from the famous Yatsugatake red chickens from Yamanashi Prefecture, and the eggs used are from the Yatsugatake mountains. As they are sourced directly from farmers in Yamanashi Prefecture, you can enjoy fresh skewers, eggs, and rare cuts. This is the only place in Kumamoto where you can eat them. The sauce has been added to for over 20 years. The salt used is kettle-cooked salt from Tsujishima Island in Amakusa, which is rich in natural minerals.
We always have 8-9 types of sake available. We stock a variety of famous brands from around the country, which change weekly.
