No changes will be made two days prior to the tour. Please check when making a reservation.
When making a reservation, please be sure to **unblock KakaoTalk 3-party search**. Pick-up information will be sent via KakaoTalk the day before the tour. Sending via any route other than KakaoTalk is not possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise if you do not receive pickup information due to blocking the search, and that refunds are not possible even if you are unable to participate in the tour.
Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
This is a join-in tour that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people and can depart from 4 or more people. Please understand that the tour is not possible if the number of guests is not met, so we will inform you of cancellation 2 days before the designated tour date.
In case of cancellation due to weather or local conditions, we may notify you of the cancellation the day before or immediately before the tour. Please check KakaoTalk. The weather standard is not the Kota Kinabalu city, but the weather in Bongawan, the tour location.
Massage is available from 48 months and older. Therefore, reservations are available for children over 48 months of age, and we ask for your understanding that reservations are not available for infants and children under 47 months of age.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the tour as it is a mosquito-infested area, and it is recommended that infants do not accompany them as much as possible.
You cannot change the pick-up/drop-off location 3 days prior to the date of use.
Vehicle pick-up/drop-off times vary by hotel and may be changed flexibly depending on local circumstances.
Bulky items such as golf clubs are not allowed on board. If you have bulky luggage, you must store it at the hotel and drop it off at the hotel. Airport drop off is not possible.
It is difficult to reserve a massage for pregnant women, patients with disc herniation, and those who do not want to put too much strain on their bodies, such as back and back pain, and please understand that massage reservations may be canceled on site.
If you would like a babysitter at the massage shop, please request via KakaoTalk after receiving a KakaoTalk message that informs you one day before the date of use. You can pay for the use of the sitter on site.
Airport drop off is only available for flights departing after midnight. The estimated time of arrival at the airport is around 22:00, and may change depending on local circumstances.
If you are late or no-show, you will not be able to use the tour, and we will not assist you in canceling or changing your reservation.
We are unable to provide assistance regarding information entered incorrectly at the time of reservation and disadvantages resulting from theft or loss.
Due to the risk of loss, we ask that you take your valuables with you or keep them safe. We cannot provide assistance for loss/damage due to personal negligence.
The tour is an overseas tour product that is conducted overseas, and all responsibility lies with the local tour operator, and local insurance is applied.
Personal travel insurance is compulsory when traveling abroad. Be sure to purchase personal travel insurance separately before departing from Korea.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 20 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 10 to 19 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
