Before using the coupon, you must call Taipei Grand Hotel｜Zhongshan Japanese Restaurant (02) 2542-3266 to make a reservation and inform the trust number on the order voucher. If the restaurant is not notified in advance, the restaurant will have the right to refuse the use of the meal coupon according to the situation.

In the event of special holidays, the difference between the face value and the on-site pricing (including service fees) must be paid before use. Special holidays are defined as: New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, during the Lunar New Year, 228 consecutive holidays, children and Qingming Festival, and around Mother's Day. Weekends, Dragon Boat Festival, Father's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Christmas and specific event dates announced by the hotel (the definition of each holiday shall be subject to the date announced by the Personnel Administration Bureau).
