Enjoy our signature hamburg steaks and Wagyu steaks, crafted with dedication since our founding, in a casual setting.
Our hamburg steaks are steam-grilled to lock in all the delicious juices. Each one is carefully grilled on an iron plate. We also offer a variety of special toppings for our hamburg steaks, such as avocado and cheese. Our Wagyu steak is also a popular menu item.
The ingredients are grilled on a special hot plate at extremely high temperatures, sealing in the flavor inside. This means you can enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients with every bite. Not only is the grilled meat delicious, but the hidden most popular item is the grilled vegetable platter. The grilling method only possible on a hot plate allows you to fully enjoy the rich flavor and sweetness of the vegetables.
The restaurant is bustling with local residents and businessmen during the day, but at night, the atmosphere changes completely. It transforms into an adult atmosphere where you can enjoy a drink and a dish. We have a stylish lineup of dishes that go well with alcohol, such as smoked salmon and grapefruit salad, Kyoto-style rolled omelette, hiuchi steak, and special sirloin steak.
