- Cancun All-Inclusive Pass will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14 day period. For example, If you have a 3-day pass and activate your pass on April 1 (the first valid day), However, if you choose not to use it on April 2 and skip a day, your pass remains valid. You can still use it on April 3 (the second valid day)
- The validity period is based on calendar days (00:00–23:59), not a 24-hour cycle. If you use your pass on April 1, one valid day will be deducted after 23:59 on April 1, regardless of use time
- Please be aware that each attraction can be visited only once using the Pass
- Once an order is confirmed, requests for changes or upgrades cannot be accommodated. Please consider this before making a booking
- Free cancellation applies only to "unused" passes

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
