- People with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma and other diseases are advised to choose calmer waters to experience SUP. You can refer to the Hualien Liyu Lake SUP experience .
- If you wear glasses, mobile phones, or cameras, please bring your own buoyancy equipment or keep it properly.
- Certified life jackets are provided, so friends who can’t swim can also have a great time.
- Please do not register if you have had surgery or have other injuries that prevent you from doing strenuous activities, or are severely afraid of water.
- Due to weather changes, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to watch the sunrise if you join the Dawn Tour.

Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
During the period from 06/01 to 08/31, if you participate in the 03:50 dawn tour, the meeting time will be adjusted to 03:30 in conjunction with the sunrise, so please note.
If it rains but the sea conditions are good, the activity will go on as usual. However, if it rains heavily or thunders, the activity will be adjusted or canceled.
If the wave conditions are not good the day before the experience, we will separately confirm whether to postpone or cancel the event and refund the fee; if the event is canceled due to force majeure after arriving at the event site, the paid administrative insurance fee (NT$150) will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
The itinerary is a group activity. Be sure to follow the instructions of the team coach and do not make dangerous moves or leave the group without permission to avoid danger.
If you are unable to complete the itinerary due to personal factors (physical condition, etc.) and withdraw during the activity, you will be responsible for the expenses incurred. Uncompleted activity fees will be deemed as a waiver and cannot be refunded.
If you are wearing glasses or carrying a mobile phone or camera during the experience, please prepare your own protective equipment and keep it properly. You are responsible for any damage or loss.
It is recommended to bring personal drinking water and supplies.
Photos of the event will be shared with you via member messages as photo links within 2 days after the event.
There are open racks on site to store luggage, but please keep valuables on the car or in the motorcycle compartment for safekeeping.
