If it rains but the sea conditions are good, the activity will go on as usual. However, if it rains heavily or thunders, the activity will be adjusted or canceled.
If the wave conditions are not good the day before the experience, we will separately confirm whether to postpone or cancel the event and refund the fee; if the event is canceled due to force majeure after arriving at the event site, the paid administrative insurance fee (NT$150) will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
The itinerary is a group activity. Be sure to follow the instructions of the team coach and do not make dangerous moves or leave the group without permission to avoid danger.
If you are unable to complete the itinerary due to personal factors (physical condition, etc.) and withdraw during the activity, you will be responsible for the expenses incurred. Uncompleted activity fees will be deemed as a waiver and cannot be refunded.
If you are wearing glasses or carrying a mobile phone or camera during the experience, please prepare your own protective equipment and keep it properly. You are responsible for any damage or loss.
