- Unlimited rides for 7/14/21 days on all JR routes, including Shinkansen, Limited Express, Express Train, and rapid or local trains, as well as local and some express JR Bus, and JR-WEST Miyajima ferry
- Validity period: Choose the starting date when exchanging the pass. The starting date must be within 30 days of the exchange date. Pass is valid for a consecutive 7/14/21-day including the starting date
- For seat reservations, please present your JR pass at the green counters or green ticketing machines. Reservation is only available after JR Pass is exchanged. For more reservation details, please see the official website for reference
- Scope of Validity
- All JR Group Railways-Shinkansen bullet trains (except for any reserved or non-reserved seat on “NOZOMI” and “MIZUHO” trains), limited express trains, express trains, and rapid or local trains, and the BRT. (With some exceptions)
- Tokyo Monorail
- Aoimori Railway services between Aomori and Hachinohe (but only for travel on local or rapid service trains passing through the stops between Hachinohe and Aomori, Aomori and Noheji, and Hachinohe and Noheji. The fare is not covered if you disembark at any other station on the Aoimori Railway line other than Aomori, Noheji, and Hachinohe)
- The IR Ishikawa Railway Line between Kanazawa and Tsubata but only on local or limited express trains and only onboard and offboard at the two terminal stations. The fare is not covered if you disembark at any station along the IR Ishikawa Railway line
- The Ainokaze Toyama Railway Line between Toyama and Takaoka but only on local trains and only onboard and offboard at the two terminal stations. The fare is not covered if you disembark at any station along the Ainokaze Toyama Railway line

- Eligibility: non-Japanese passport holders with a tourist visa / Temporary Visitor status. (Not eligible for any travellers under any other official status, such as “Trainee”, “Entertainer”, or “Reentry Permit,” etc.)
Reminders
JR tickets operate under a registration system, with a very complicated booking process. Therefore, please ensure that you have provided the required information in order to make a purchase. Please bear in mind that KKday is not liable for any delays due to insufficient or incorrect information provided by travelers
Children require a child pass if occupying a seat in a reserved-seat carriage or traveling alone
Luggage Restrictions: passengers may bring up to two pieces of luggage, not including carry-ons and smaller bags. Each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm
[Refund Policy] For any “MCO redeemable vouchers” that have not been exchanged into an “Official Pass” you can apply for a refund within 11 months from the purchased date. However, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. Please ensure that you keep your vouchers safe as we cannot issue new passes or process refunds if passes are lost, stolen or partially used

- Valid for exchange within 3 months after the date of issue. Please refer to "DATE OF ISSUE 発行月日" on the voucher
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
