- Please note that due to social distancing requirements, the seating capacity in the lounges may be limited
- Lounge offerings have been simplified to reduce contact between guests and our team during the COVID-19 pandemic
- To ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, self-service is currently unavailable. Guests will be required to place food and beverage orders with staff
- Menu changes were made to adhere to COVID-safe protocols
- Passengers can refer to the a la carte menu provided. Orders will be taken by the lounge attendant
- Food and drink items will be served in disposable boxes and cups. The same procedure will be conducted if passengers have any requested or repeated orders
- Shower Procedure -
- Passengers can approach the front counter/desk to request entry to the shower facilities
- Lounge attendants will escort the passenger into their designated shower facility. After the shower, the passenger can then either proceed to the lounge area or exit the lounge
- The shower facilities will be disinfected after each use, following disinfecting protocol. Any amenities used will be removed and sent to dry cleaning facilities

This lounge service is intended for transit passengers only.
Please note that the Lounge does not accept any arriving passengers for access to transit lounge facilities at both terminals. This is a security directive from the airport police division. All passengers must present a valid departure boarding pass upon entry to access the transit lounge facilities.
For connecting flights, present two boarding passes that indicate departure and arrival at Singapore
If you are eligible for early check-in, we recommend that you check the airline's check-in start time in advance.
Children aged 2–11 are eligible for child tickets
Child under 2 years (Infant) may enter free of charge when accompanied by 1 paying adult
No buffet food is available between 2300 to 0400, Passenger can refer to the a’la carte menu given. Orders will be taken and served by the Lounge Attendant
Liquors (Alcoholic beverages) served only 0600 hrs – 2359 hrs
Travelers with an inbound or connecting flight must not pass through immigration control while travelers with an outbound flight must be checked in to access the lounge
