You may have done yoga, or you may have done upright board.
But you may have never thought about mixing the two exercises into "Upright Yoga/SUP Yoga"!
Upright board/SUP is a healthy aerobic exercise and physical exercise, while yoga/YOGA is the best way to relieve stress and beautify your body. The two are a perfect match! The predecessors created Zuo SUP Yoga by combining flexibility and meditation!
Doing yoga at sea can not only enhance muscle strength and balance, increase flexibility, meditation and strength, but also create a deeper connection with the natural beauty around you! You will definitely have an unexpected experience if you play it!
During the 3-hour stand-up yoga experience, you will first stretch your muscles under the guidance of a professional yoga teacher, and then a professional stand-up instructor will teach you the basic skills of the stand-up plan. After practicing for about 15 minutes, you will go to a "sea yoga classroom" to prepare for class. The instructor will teach you different stretching exercises and yoga movements on the upright board. Finally, there will be a big break and quiet meditation time. Be one with nature!
After finishing the class, if you have time, you can enjoy the free time and grab the SUP card!
Beginners or those with yoga experience are welcome to sign up! We have different instructors offering beginner classes or advanced classes for everyone to experience!
