Placard holding service
This plan does not include sign-raising services. The driver will wait for passengers in the designated waiting area for the connection. If you need to add a sign-raising service, the fee is JPY2000 each time. Please select it in the plan specifications when ordering
Night service fee
The pick-up time range is between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. If the pick-up time is outside this period, please be sure to note the pick-up time when ordering for customer service to confirm. After confirmation, a night service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (the fee must be paid to the driver in cash on site).
Overtime waiting fee
Please be ready for boarding at your designated location at the scheduled time. The pick-up driver will wait for up to 90 minutes free of charge after your flight lands. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, please refrain from eating or drinking in the car and dispose of your own trash. If the seats, carpets, or interior are soiled, a vehicle cleaning fee will be charged based on the actual quotation from a professional cleaning company
