  3. If the verification fails because the information does not match the system requirement or does not pass the risk assessment, you will need to submit a screenshot to customer service for an online refund
  4. Upon arrival in Taiwan, present your QR code and 2 ID documents at the designated counter to verify your identity and redeem your SIM card. The SIM card will be linked to your device and activated on the spot
  5. Once you have received your SIM card, please install and test it at the counter to ensure it functions properly. If your phone does not meet the required specifications leading to the SIM card not being functional, no refunds or exchanges will be provided

  • Pickup counters at T1 and T2 are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Airport MRT Taipei Main Station A1 ezfly counter open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Inspect items at pickup, as complaints cannot be addressed after leaving the counter
  • Network quality may vary based on factors such as terrain, weather, building obstructions, and network traffic

  • The card can be topped up at any convenience store in Taiwan with a minimum of NT$300. Unused balance will not be refunded after the validity period
