Purchase Notice

1. If the rental equipment is damaged/lost, please contact the CS center. - You can refer to cs info in voucher.
* For inquiries, please contact our CS center first. 

2. If the equipment is not returned without prior contact, corresponding action will be taken. 

3. To change the pickup time, you must contact CS center by 6PM(KST) the day before the pickup date. 

4. To change the pickup terminal, you must contact CS center by 6PM(KST) the day before the pickup date. 

5. Requests to change the pickup terminal or pickup time cannot be made on the day of pickup. 

6. Pickup and return are available at both T1 and T2, and returns must be made during the operating hours.
※ Google Form must be submitted by 1:00 PM the day before the rental date. (If not submitted or submitted after the deadline, the product can only be picked up at T1.)

7. The minimum number of days to rent is from 3 days.(You can rent it for 1 to 2 days if you pay for 3 days.) 

8. Operating hours : 5am - 10pm(T2) / 5am - 11pm(T1). 

9. Please fill out the form after you complete the reservation. This form must be completed at least 1 day in advance, and you must receive confirmation from the operator to ensure proper service. [Lost, damaged will be charged]

• We do not charge for repairs in the case of Life scratches and general contamination.

• In case of loss or irreparable damage to the product during rental, we charge 100% of the product sales price.

• For transparency in billing, we are sending you the purchase receipt.

How to Use

※ Luggage storage/rental services are not available for storage/pick-up or return outside of operating hours.

※ Customers using Incheon Airport T1 between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, please contact the CS channel for separate inquiries.

1. Select your desired date and time.

2. Complete the reservation by entering the required information.

3. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

4. Please fill out the form after you complete the reservation. The reservation will be finalized upon the form confirmation of the operator. - The form must be completed at least one day in advance, and you must receive confirmation from the operator to use the service. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
