The driver will be waiting for you at the hotel's car entrance (or at the main entrance if the hotel does not have a car entrance). International flights typically require arrival at the airport at least 3-4 hours in advance; please allow sufficient time for preparation. If the pick-up time exceeds 30 minutes, the customer can pay an overtime fee of 3000 yen for 30 minutes, provided the driver's subsequent orders are not affected. If the driver cannot contact the customer after 30 minutes, the driver has the right to leave without refund.

Airport pick-up service: 90 minutes free waiting time at the airport (30 minutes if a pick-up time is specified). Airport drop-off service: 30 minutes free waiting time. Additional charges of 3000 yen/30 minutes will apply for service exceeding the specified time.
• The driver will wait at the airport according to the flight's arrival time. The maximum waiting time is within 90 minutes after the arrival of international flights. If the flight arrives earlier than scheduled, you may have to wait for the driver.
• If the maximum waiting time of 90 minutes has elapsed since the flight arrived, and the passenger has not notified the driver of the delay and the driver is unable to contact the passenger, the driver will leave and no refund will be available.
• Please fill in the exact number of all luggage items when ordering. If the number of luggage items and passengers is deemed insufficient by professionals, we will agree with the passengers to change the vehicle type or cancel the order.
• If the actual number of luggage items on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate them, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without a refund. Please be aware of this.
• If your flight is cancelled, rescheduled, or delayed due to airline reasons, please contact customer service in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for delays caused by weather, traffic congestion, or other reasons. Furthermore, we cannot provide refunds even if you miss your flight due to force majeure events such as road repairs, traffic jams, or strikes. Please allow ample time.
• Due to passenger-caused vehicle damage, our company will charge a hefty cleaning fee. If you are prone to motion sickness, please take precautions beforehand. (Cleaning fee = lost wages + cleaning fee + odor removal throughout the process)
