- The number of people in a group must be 16 or more, with a maximum of 43 people per group. If the group cannot be organized, the company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange another departure date.
- The charging guidelines are: Adults aged 3 and above are charged adult prices; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each starting group can only have 1 free place).
- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no latecomers will be asked! No refunds will be issued for latecomers or no-shows.
- The tour fee already includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and tips, breakfast, lunch and dinner on the first day, breakfast and lunch on the second day, all tickets and round-trip transportation expenses on the itinerary.

SNS check-in hotspot CAFE has different flowers and plants with the seasons, such as pink grass, miscanthus, and camellia. It will change due to weather conditions. If the flowers and plants are not in good condition on the day of the tour, no refunds will be given.
The venue may be repaired or closed due to conditions on the day. The decision rests with the organizer. Guests are not allowed to ask for compensation. We apologize for this.
Participating guests will be arranged to stay at Golden Tulip Hotel or Blue Moutain Hotel or similar hotels.
If the restaurant is temporarily closed on the day of departure, is full, or unable to dine due to other reasons, you will have another Korean lunch instead.
The rooms will be arranged on a principle of two people per room. Each two-person room can accommodate up to two children aged 3 to 11 years old who do not occupy a bed.
If a guest registers as a single person or in an odd-numbered combination and needs to stay in a single room, he/she needs to pay HK$600 for the single room difference.
For guests who sign up as a single person or participate in an odd-numbered group, the third or odd-numbered group member must pay a single room surcharge to stay in a single room. The company will not arrange for the guest to share a room with other group members, and the guest may not object or withdraw for any reason. If the third or odd-numbered group member chooses not to pay the single room surcharge, he or she must agree to automatically give up the semi-occupied room: that is, 3 people will stay in a 2-person room, and the guest may not object or withdraw for any reason. If you need to pay for a single room, you need to pay an additional HKD $600 to arrange a single room.
Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must evaluate whether they are suitable to participate based on their own health or ability when considering accepting any activities included in the tour or provided during the trip. When an accident occurs due to force majeure or physical damage or casualties occur due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel only assume the obligation to provide full rescue. The company and its members do not assume any responsibility for the damage or casualties.
If the cafe is closed that day, you will go to another CAFE instead, including a cup of coffee for 8000WON.
A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If you change the meeting time of the itinerary reservation, we will contact you through WhatsApp/Wechat/Line and other communication methods, so please pay attention!
DAY2, 3 is the final departure. The itinerary’s attraction arrangements and return arrival time are subject to changes based on traffic conditions on the day. Guests are not allowed to claim compensation or refund.
