• Delivery service is only available to floors accessible by elevator. If the elevator cannot reach the floor, the delivery must be collected on the ground floor.

• Delivery dates are arranged sequentially based on the order date. Any changes will be notified separately.
• Each order will be arranged for one delivery.
• All product orders cannot be sent to self-pickup points, collection stations, or have the delivery address changed.
• Delivery service is not available in the following areas, including but not limited to: Ma Wan, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau Restricted Area, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Tap Mun, Mui Wo, Po Toi Island, Tai O, Tung Lung Chau, Tung Ping Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Pui O, Kwai Chung Container Terminals, restricted areas, and PO boxes.
• Since there is no temporary storage service, a deliverable address must be provided for ordered products. Please ensure a recipient is available at the delivery address.
