We will arrange different vehicles according to the situation on the day. If it is a 5-9-seater commercial vehicle, if it is convenient to park in front of your hotel, we can arrange hotel pick-up and drop-off. (If parking is inconvenient, the driver will arrange a pick-up point nearby based on your hotel location), which will be notified in the afternoon one day before departure

We will arrange different vehicles according to the situation on the day. If we arrange a large luxury business car for more than ten people, we will arrange a meeting point according to the location of your hotel. Optional meeting points: Hotel Le Bristol Avignon or Gare d'Avignon TGV Avignon train stand

Please note that there is no compulsory shopping during this trip. If tourists shop at scenic spots, restaurants or long-distance rest stops during the itinerary, it is a personal behavior and is not included in the service scope of travel booking products. KKday will not be held responsible if any problems arise after shopping.

Passengers are advised to keep their contact number open during the journey so that the tour guide can contact you at any time. The specific order of visiting the attractions will be based on the tour guide’s arrangement on the day. The above itinerary is for reference only.

If a passenger abandons the itinerary on his or her own initiative, the personal safety and additional expenses incurred will be borne by the guest, and the itinerary fee will not be refunded.

If a passenger is late for more than 15 minutes or fails to participate in the trip due to personal reasons, it will be deemed to have automatically abandoned the trip and cannot be used as a reason to request cancellation of the trip or refund of fees.

Please pay attention to the license plate number of the car you are traveling on on the day of joining the group, and set off on time to avoid affecting the entire group's itinerary due to personal lateness or falling behind. If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point on time due to special reasons, please contact the driver or customer service in time, otherwise it will be regarded as canceling the tour midway.

Additional expenses, personal safety insurance premiums and luggage insurance premiums due to force majeure factors such as traffic obstructions, strikes, wars, natural disasters, etc. will be borne by the guest.
