This package is for picking up and dropping off passengers within the Fifth Ring Road of Beijing. If you pick up passengers outside the specified range, there will be additional vehicle dispatch fees. For 7 seats or less, the fee is USD0.7/km=CNY5/km; for more than 7 seats, the fee is USD1/km=CNY7/km.
To avoid long waiting times, please arrange a departure time with the driver or customer service in advance;
We will provide the driver's information at least 12 hours before the ride. The driver will wait for you at the agreed time and location. Please keep your phone turned on when using the private car service so that we can contact you in time.
Pets are allowed on board, but please take good care of them and avoid damaging facilities;
If you need a child chair, you can select the child chair option separately in the package;
[About overtime and over-mileage charges outside of the private charter car package]
This car package is a Beijing private charter car service, and the time and mileage are charged continuously. If you exceed the package, you need to pay the excess fee. The package does not include road and bridge highway fees and parking fees. The charging standards are as follows:
〔Vehicles with less than 7 seats〕
If the service time exceeds the specified time of the package, it will be charged USD8/H=CNY60/H
If the service kilometers exceed the specified service kilometers, the service fee is USD0.83/km=CNY6/km.
〔Vehicles with more than 12 seats〕
If the service time exceeds the specified time of the package, the fee is USD14/H = CNY100/H
If the service kilometers exceed the specified service kilometers, the rate is USD1.1/km=CNY8/km
[About additional accommodation and empty driving fees for private charter car]
This package can be booked for multiple days and multiple vehicles;
For multi-day service orders, if you do not stay in the departure city, you need to pay the driver's meal and accommodation fees at an additional rate of USD55/night = CNY400/night;
If the address where you end the use of the vehicle is not in the departure city or is more than 40km away from the departure place, you need to pay the idle driving fee for the difference in kilometres at the rate of USD0.7/km=CNY5/km;
Please pay the above overtime and over-mileage fees to the driver in person.

This service is a chartered private charter car service with a designated driver. Please select the appropriate package to place an order. If the package you select does not match the actual car, there may be a price difference to be paid, depending on the situation;
The service package after placing an order does not support use in different time periods, and no refund will be given if the package is not fully used;
If the time and kilometers included in the package are not used up on the day, they will be automatically invalidated and will not be accumulated;
The service package needs to be used on a daily basis. Please take care of the environment inside the car and keep it clean.
If you have any objections to the itinerary, driver, tour guide and other services, please communicate with the customer service staff in a timely manner;
If the actual number of passengers exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service for the excess portion and no refund will be given;
The vehicles in the example images are for reference only. We will arrange the same type of vehicle but different brand or model based on the passenger's actual service date, luggage and other factors. Please understand.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
