NATIONAL DAY HOLIDAY NOTICE – 02 SEPTEMBER 2026
Information on the National Day Holiday and Vietnam eVisa Processing Schedule
Dear Valued Customers,
On the occasion of Vietnam's National Day on 02 September 2026, we would like to inform you of our holiday schedule and eVisa processing arrangements as follows:
Holiday period: From 29 August 2026 through 02 September 2026
Resumption of business: 03 September 2026 ️
*IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EVISA PROCESSING eVisa processing is subject to the working schedule of the Vietnamese Government authorities. Therefore, during the holiday period, the relevant authorities will temporarily suspend the acceptance and processing of eVisa applications.
Accordingly, from 29 August 2026 through 02 September 2026, the system will not allow customers to select a service date within this period, as eVisa applications cannot be accepted or processed during the public holiday. Before 28 August 2026: You can still book all available eVisa service packages according to the processing times and conditions set in the system. If your planned entry date falls within the holiday period, please make sure to arrange and process your eVisa before the holiday begins. ️
For customers planning to enter Vietnam on or after 03 September 2026: During the holiday period from 29 August to 02 September, you may still place your order in advance. After placing your order, please wait for our staff to contact you and collect your documents on the morning of 03 September 2026, when the Vietnamese Government authorities resume work.

Currently, many customers have applied for E-visa themselves but have not received the results until close to their flight, so we are opening the product for sale to speed up the time to get the results of their E-visa application according to 1 hour, 2 hours, 4-hour packages

• Processing time: 1 - 4 hours (Depending on the package you purchased)

• Working hours: 8:00 - 11:30 and 14:00 - 17:00 (Daily, except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays in Vietnam)
• ️----Urgent Processing Options------ ( All processing times are based on Vietnam Time (GMT+7).
  Processing time is based on Vietnam time
  eVisa applications cannot be processed between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM (Vietnam Time) as this period is the governments lunch break. During this time, no eVisa approvals are issued.
  + 1-Hour Urgent Service Submit information before 10:30 AM (morning) or before 4:30 PM (afternoon). Receive the result within 1 to 1.5 hours on the same day.
  Currently available only for Da Nang and Noi Bai airports. (Not available for Tan Son Nhat, Nha Trang, or Phu Quoc airports.)
  + 2-Hour Urgent Service Submit information before 9:30 AM (morning) or before 3:30 PM (afternoon). Receive the result within 2 to 2.5 hours on the same day.
  Currently available only for Da Nang and Noi Bai airports. (Not available for Tan Son Nhat, Nha Trang, or Phu Quoc airports.)
  + 4-Hour Urgent Service Submit information before 8:30 AM to receive the result by 12:00–13:00, or before 2:10 PM to receive the result by 18:00–19:00. Available for all international airports in Vietnam.
  + 1-Day Urgent Service Submit information before 8:30 AM to receive the result by 17:00–18:00 the same day. If submitted after 8:30 AM, the result will be delivered by 17:00–18:00 the next day. Applicable for all airports.
  + 2-Day Urgent Service Submit information before 11:30 AM to receive the result by 17:00–18:00 the next day. If submitted after 11:30 AM, the result will be delivered two days later. Applicable for all airports.
  + 3-Day Urgent Service Submit information before 11:30 AM to receive the result within 2 days. If submitted after 11:30 AM, the result will be delivered within 3 days. Applicable for all airports.
