※For airport pick-up, a free waiting time of 90 minutes will be provided based on the actual arrival time of the flight. You can also choose a specific pick-up time, with a free waiting time of 30 minutes. Please contact customer service in advance to specify your preferred time.
Airport/hotel pick-up includes a free 30-minute wait. If the wait time expires, a fee of 2500 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes.
• Sign-holding service: 2,000 yen/time (please pay the driver on-site).
• Nighttime Surcharge: 22:00–7:00 late-night charge (20% of the surcharge). (Please pay the driver on-site).
• The first child safety seat is provided free of charge. For each additional child seat thereafter, an additional fee of 2,000 yen will be charged (please pay the driver on-site).
• When making a reservation, please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity limit and provide accurate information such as the number of passengers, the number of pieces of luggage, the size of the luggage, and the number of baby seats. - For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
