This 24th edition will feature fireworks commemorating the 200th anniversary of Saigo Takamori's birth and the 150th anniversary of his death, as well as colorful creative fireworks, special star mines, the traditional simultaneous launch of two 2-shaku (approximately 60cm) diameter fireworks, and a grand finale of musical fireworks with a barrage of large shells.
