Late night fees
Outside of service hours (after 20:00 to before 8:00, based on departure time), the fee is 8,000 yen per hour, payable in cash to the driver on-site.
Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 00:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Since the car rental company is located in Sapporo, the pick-up and drop-off times may be adjusted depending on the situation.
Elderly individuals, those with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, and pregnant women are advised to have a family member accompany them.
If any elderly person in your group has special needs (such as needing a wheelchair), please be sure to note this when placing your order.
Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any losses incurred will be borne by the order holder.
Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times and keep them safe during the trip. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Please note that no refunds will be given for late arrivals, absences, or cancellations due to personal reasons.

The supplier needs several days to confirm vehicle condition. You will be notified of the result via private message regarding your order, regardless of whether a vehicle can be dispatched. Once dispatch is confirmed, a voucher will be sent to your email address. If dispatch is not possible, you will be notified to cancel the order.
