-The driver is Japanese only. It is possible to communicate using a translator.
-The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 90 minutes.
-If you did not show up after 90 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided.
-The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to your designated time, If you arrive 30 minutes earlier than the designated time, please wait for the driver.
-The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center.
-This is not private tour, you will share with other guest.
-This tour will have a maximum of 7 travelers.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
