Dogs are welcome at Nasu Animal Kingdom, except during the winter season. Dog owners are asked to only bring their dogs into designated areas, keep them on a lead at all times, and clean up responsibly after their pets have left the park.

If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used separately. Once you start using them, all tickets will be considered to have been used at the same time. If you would like to use the tickets individually multiple times, please purchase them separately.

To prevent unauthorized use, if you open an e-ticket in an environment different from the one in which you first opened it, the system will require you to authenticate with an OTP one-time password. Please complete the authentication by following the steps below. 1. Enter an email address that can receive e-tickets and press the "Send" button. 2. Check if the OTP password email has arrived in your inbox. If you cannot find the email, it may have been sorted into your spam folder. If you cannot find it in your spam folder, the email address you entered may be incorrect, so please open the e-ticket usage site again, enter the correct email address, and try again. 3. Enter the OTP password written in the email on the e-ticket screen and click "Confirm". If the password is correct, you will be switched to the e-ticket usage screen. *Note: Once OTP authentication is complete, you cannot change your email address. Be sure to enter your own email address when authenticating.
