What You Can Expect

📍We do not sell official participation wristbands.
📍If you bring your own costume, please write the name of the work/character in it.
📍Please purchase and wear colored contact lenses yourself.
📍Talking and taking photos are prohibited in the changing rooms.
📍Please follow the instructions of staff in the changing rooms.
📍We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive after your reservation time.
📍Costumes will be checked in accordance with the official Street Festival guidelines.
📍We may not be able to accommodate major repairs to costumes or props.
📍Please lock your luggage at your own risk.
📍When we collect your pet, we will give you a numbered tag, which you should show when you leave.
📍Photography, unnecessary conversation, and standing are prohibited near the changing room facilities.
📍Please note that restrooms may be crowded on the day.
Please note that the last entry to the changing room is at 3:30pm.
📍If you are late, lost, or have an emergency, please contact Photo Studio MOMO by phone (we will contact you after your reservation is confirmed).

[About using the rest area and cosplay emergency room area]
・The restroom is always available, but there is only one. Please be aware of this.
・You can have simple costume and wig repairs done in the cosplay emergency room area (※major repairs may not be possible)
・You are welcome to eat and drink snacks and drinks in the rest area, but please be considerate of others so that everyone can use the space comfortably.
[Changing clothes on the way home/returning home]
・You can use the changing room on your way back from the event, regardless of reception time. ・The last reception time for the changing room is 3:30 p.m. Please line up in front of the "Photo Studio MOMO" store. A staff member will guide you. *If you are late due to an emergency, please call the [phone number provided in the confirmation email].
