Celebrate the 45th edition of the ASICS Gold Coast Marathon and run for the good times on Saturday 4 – Sunday 5 July 2026 on the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
The world class international marathon will attract participants of all ages and abilities from around the world across nine races including the ASICS Gold Coast Marathon, China Airlines Half Marathon, Southern Cross University 10km Run, Gold Coast Airport 5km and Australia Fair 2km Junior Dash.
The ASICS Gold Coast Marathon, a World Athletics Label Road Race, is the pinnacle of road running events in Australia and during its history has distinguished itself as one of the most prestigious marathons in the world.
Its famous flat, fast and scenic course located alongside the city’s renowned surf beaches and stunning broadwater plus ideal winter running conditions featuring low humidity, little wind and mild temperatures result in over 60% of participants achieving personal best times each year.

- Please note that this product is not available for purchase by residents of Australia and New Zealand. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
- Please be informed that you are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee, including for non-starters and non-finishers once the booking is made.
- Please provide the participant’s Emergency Contact Name and Emergency Contact Number under “Requests & Remarks” when making the booking.
- Once the booking is confirmed, all booking details (including participant name and email address) are non-amendable. Please ensure the accuracy of all information prior to booking.
- The 2026 Course Maps will be provided closer to the event. Here is the 2025 Course Maps for reference.
- Kindly be reminded that each race of the Gold Coast Marathon has an official cut off time (here) in which entrants must complete their race
- On race day you will be required to line up within your selected start zone which is tiered based on your indicated finish time at time of booking.
- Start zones will be in place at the start line of each race to ensure a smooth start for all participants, please click here to check your start zone after booking.

For orders received before 28 February, the official confirmation is expected to be sent in early April.
For orders received from 1 March onwards, the entry code is expected to be issued in early April, and the official confirmation is expected to be sent by the end of April.
Please note that there won't be any waiting policy. In the event of late runners, The Gold Coast Marathon reserves the right to refuse entry, and the ticket will be forfeited
Please must collect your race number one date earlier from the Check in Centre within the ASICS Sport & Leisure Expo at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Broadbeach
The Entry Certificate is required for race number collection (provided with your confirmation email). If collecting for another person, please bring a copy of their entry certificate
The Gold Coast Marathon reserves the rights to indefinitely cancel or delay an event at short notice in the interest of entrant safety
