It is recommended to wear waterproof clothing
If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take medicine in advance
You can bring your own kettle on the board
Take sun protection measures, such as: sun hat, sunglasses!
Aerial photography activities will be suspended in case of excessive wind and waves or rain.
Reminders
It is not recommended for travelers with the following diseases or other conditions that should not be overly stimulated to participate in this project
High blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent journey, no latecomers will be accommodated.
Activities at sea are easily affected by the weather. Please follow the instructor’s arrangements during the activity and do not leave the group on your own.
The itinerary does not include transportation, please bring your own transportation
Please wear a life jacket during the activity and do not touch underwater animals and plants (including green turtles)
Please do not bring valuables (e.g. cash, rings, necklaces, and other electronic products) into the water. You will be responsible for any loss or damage.
The tour is not recommended for people with the following medical conditions: heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, sinus disease and people with limited mobility.
Children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) can join the tour for free
Aerial photography activities will be suspended due to strong winds and waves or rain
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
