Purchase Notice
1. When booking, please fill in the English name of the cruise ship in the flight number field and the arrival time in the port of call field.
2. Please accurately record the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. If the vehicle is overloaded, the driver has the right to refuse passengers for safety reasons.
3. Please book at least 7 business days in advance, and during long weekends it is recommended to book at least 14 business days in advance.
4. Please decide on your desired attractions at least 5 days in advance so that the driver/guide can plan the route.
5. According to Korean regulations, children under 6 years old must use child safety seats. If you require a child safety seat, please purchase it as an add-on option when booking the private charter car. (Child safety seat occupies 1.5 square meters)
6. If the usage hours are reduced due to a temporary change in port call time, no partial refund will be provided based on the missing hours.
7. Add-on/Extra Fee Explanation
-When the vehicle travels more than 150 kilometers or the route crosses the (East, West, South) area, there will be an extra kilometer fee for the round-the-island cross-area route. You can select the option to purchase this fee or pay KRW59,000 on the spot.
8. Luggage Information (Please accurately fill in the quantity and size of your luggage. Our company will not be held responsible if the reserved vehicle cannot accommodate your luggage due to incorrect information provided during booking.)
- One stroller/folding wheelchair is equivalent to two passengers by default. Please inform us when ordering if you are bringing a stroller/wheelchair.
- If you will be traveling with large luggage on the day of departure, please be sure to refer to the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle model. If you need to change to a larger vehicle or add a luggage cart due to the excess amount of luggage on the day of departure, you will need to pay the price difference yourself. You will also need to bear the additional cost of the time required to change vehicles.
To ensure your travel experience, please choose a larger vehicle if you have a lot of luggage or large items.

Charter hours may be adjusted or changed based on embarkation and disembarkation times.
The chartered itinerary route and time are subject to change and adjustment due to weather, traffic conditions or other special factors on the day.
After receiving the email of successful booking, the Chinese customer service will notify you via SNS (Line/Whatsapp/Wechat) about 3 to 5 days before the departure date, and plan your itinerary and suggestions in advance. (If you choose Line, please be sure to confirm that the ID has been set to public. It is recommended to use Whatsapp)
The driver and guide will contact you the afternoon before the private charter car date to confirm the day's itinerary and time.
In the event of special warning weather, the private charter car service may be canceled. If the service is cancelled, we will contact you one day before the private charter car date.
If the attractions are closed due to bad weather or other force majeure factors on the day of the itinerary, the driver will make alternative suggestions and adjust the itinerary, but cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
The private charter car service time is from the arrival of the passenger to 1-1.5 hours before the departure of the cruise ship, including the time when the passenger is late. If the subsequent itinerary sightseeing must be shortened due to personal reasons during the trip, the passenger must cooperate without objection. If not Passengers will be responsible for any subsequent costs resulting from being unable to board the cruise ship due to overtime.
The driver will arrive at the arrival hall in advance. Please confirm the group contact before arriving at the hall. If there are too many groups in the arrival hall and it is inconvenient, the driver has the right to change the pick-up location to the parking lot and please move to a nearby location according to the contact Or other designated locations, please understand.
If there are special circumstances in the scenic spots visited on the day of the itinerary that require the driver to purchase a ticket to enter, the driver will not enter the scenic spot and will wait at the agreed location. We apologize for your understanding.
Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. No compensation will be given if they are damaged.
Please fasten your seat belts and urge children not to play in the car to avoid injuries caused by emergency braking of the vehicle.
Please note that barrier-free vehicles are not available and there is no WiFi on board.

- For cancellations made 6 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
