Children must be included in the passenger count. Children aged 0-2 years are free and do not occupy a seat (must be held). Please indicate this when placing your order. If a seat is required for a child aged 0-2 years, please purchase an adult ticket. Passengers aged 3 years and above must purchase an adult ticket.

When booking, please be sure to provide your contact information (mobile phone number with international roaming enabled/Line/WhatsApp/WeChat). Customer service will confirm your itinerary with you no later than 21:00 (local time) the day before departure. Please note that if you have not been contacted by then, please contact customer service.

Therefore, this is a shared day tour. If the driver or guide cannot contact you due to personal reasons, the driver will wait for 5 minutes before leaving to ensure the travel time for all guests. This will be considered as the guest's voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. The loss will be borne by the guest.

To ensure the smooth progress of other guests' tours, if a guest fails to return to the designated meeting point at the specified time, the driver/guide will wait 5 minutes before leaving. Late arrivals/guests who do not return on time will need to make their own way to the next meeting point (transportation costs at their own expense). Failure to proceed to the next meeting point will be considered as abandoning the tour and no refund will be given.

Guests are permitted to leave the group at designated parking locations during this tour; however, parking locations cannot be changed arbitrarily. Thank you for your understanding. If you leave the group on your own during the tour, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this.

The itinerary is for reference only. The actual itinerary may be changed due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowds on the day. The order and timing of attractions may be adjusted according to the actual situation.

This is a one-day round trip. The return time is an estimate. In case of peak season crowds, traffic congestion, or weather conditions, the actual return time may be delayed. Please allow extra time and avoid scheduling consecutive trips.

If the tour cannot be organized due to force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather or emergencies, all fees will be refunded and no penalty will be imposed.

Natural scenery is subject to change due to weather conditions on the day of your visit, which is considered a force majeure event. If you are unable to enjoy the scenery as scheduled, no refund will be issued. Please be aware of this policy.

Please note that the cherry blossom blooming date is subject to local weather conditions, and the most beautiful scenery cannot be guaranteed. Please check the local weather and cherry blossom blooming status before placing your order. Requests for refunds/compensation due to poor cherry blossom blooming or weather factors such as rain cannot be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

Eating is prohibited on the bus to avoid disturbing other passengers.

Please ask the driver/guide for vomit bags in advance if needed. Please do not vomit on the vehicle. Cleaning costs and expenses incurred due to vehicle downtime will be borne by the passenger.

Please wear comfortable, walking-friendly clothing and shoes for this tour. This tour involves a significant amount of walking, and some attractions are not wheelchair accessible. For safety reasons, travelers with mobility impairments, difficulty walking, or who require wheelchairs are advised to carefully assess the situation before booking.

During free time, please take care of your personal safety and belongings; if you fail to heed advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.

Please abide by local Japanese laws and regulations, and do not bring items prohibited by Japanese law, so as not to affect your own rights and interests.

Elderly individuals or travelers with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension or heart disease should assess their own physical condition and be accompanied by an adult family member. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not accepted for registration.

If you need to bring checked baggage, please inform us in advance and make a note in your order. Each person is limited to one piece of baggage.

This tour does not accept bookings from passengers under the age of 18 traveling alone. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
