Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Cancellations made 31 days or more before departure receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable costs) or a 100% travel credit valid for three years
All cancellations from customer under 31 days before departure will be refunded by travel credit with a validity of three years from the date of purchase
Bags are restricted to 1 × 15 kg backpack / soft travel bag per person, plus one small piece of hand luggage.
This tour requires a minimum of four people to operate. In the unlikely event your departure is cancelled because minimum numbers have not been met, we will transfer all monies paid onto a future departure date. If this is not suitable, we will refund your tour price in full
You’ll need to be able to lift yourself from ground level and walk on uneven terrain.

A moderate fitness level is required, with walks between 2-9 kilometres on some days. This may involve rough ground and perhaps getting wet
Itinerary changes may occur to ensure we provide the best possible experience. Weather conditions in Australia can change quickly, and our experienced guides will always put the safety of our passengers first. Any itinerary changes will be communicated to the group in advance
You’ll be part of the experience: helping with meal prep, setting up camp, and packing down. It’s all part of the adventure
Swag camping is traditional Aussie style: a canvas bedroll with mattress, used under the stars or in wet weather tents. Deluxe swags with foam mattresses and ventilation available as an upgrade
Most campgrounds have basic toilets and showers. Warren Gorge has toilets but no showers
Prepare for extremes from scorching heat to chilly nights. In case of rain, shared tents will be provided
Many sites visited, such as Uluru and Kata Tjuṯa, hold deep spiritual significance for the Aṉangu people. Respectful behaviour is expected throughout
The itinerary may shift due to weather, safety, or local conditions. Hike times may change during hotter months (Oct–Apr)
