— Insurance —

• The customer must accept the intrinsic risks of taking part in the tour. An accident insurance policy is held, any valid claims can only be considered within the limits of the stated amount in the policy under the laws of Thailand. The company’s accident insurance will only cover medical treatment and medical expenses which caused from the accident that occurred during the trip. This insurance covers within Thailand territory only. The personal property of each participant carried on the tour is at their own risk.
• In case a passenger is under 15 years of age will receive 50% from the coverage amount of the insurance policy.
• People who are under 4 years old, over 70 years old, and pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Equipment breakage or failure.
• Bad weather by the Meteorological Department, a full refund will be offered.
• Adverse weather conditions which deem sailing unsafe, we suggest the charter being rescheduled upon availability.
• If Orange Voyage has a special event, we reserve the right to notify agents 7 days before the trip date and cancel the guests.
• If Orange Voyage does not meet the minimum quantity of guests of 20 clients for scheduled sailing, the trip may be cancelled, a full refund will be offered.
• If Orange Voyage cancels your trip due to these circumstances, we will offer you an alternative date, if no alternative date is agreeable, a full refund will be offered.

— Important Information —

• Not allowed to bring alcohol, soft drinks or food on board. 
• Smoking shall be restricted to the back of the boat, in an area designated by the Crew. 
• The possession or use of any illegal drugs or any weapons (including firearms) is strictly prohibited on board Orange Voyage. Failure to comply will result in Orange Voyage reserving the right to terminate the day trip with immediate effect without refund or resource against Orange Voyage. 
• Alcohol shall only be available to those on-board over the age of 18 years old. 
• Please do not take any unnecessary valuable/possessions on the day charter trips. Orange Voyage will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of these items. 
• Pets are not allowed on-board at any time. 
• In the event of weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure factors, some or all activities may be canceled in advance or on the day of the event. Please note that these are uncontrollable factors, and the tour company will not accept any claims. 
• Each participant of the tour is required to take a photo of the first page of your passport and keep it on your mobile phone for registration at the pier (no need to bring the original document). 
• Please refrain from carrying any valuable items during the trip. In the event of loss or damage to personal belongings, you will be held responsible. 
• After checking in at your hotel, please remember to provide your room number and valid contact information to us. Additionally, please be on time in the hotel lobby; do not be late. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you exceed this waiting time, it will be considered an automatic waiver, and no modifications or refunds will be possible. 
• Upon receiving the confirmation voucher, please promptly verify that the booking information is correct, especially the hotel pick-up and drop-off details, to avoid missing the transfer. Also, please double-check if the phone number you provided is able to receive calls. If you change your phone number, please notify customer service for an update.
• This itinerary is specifically designed for sunset viewing and participating in onboard parties. The islands are solely for boat sightseeing, and no landings will be made.
