Empty vehicle compensation
The default pick-up and drop-off location for this service is Fukuoka City. If you need to pick up or drop off in cities other than Fukuoka City, a one-way empty-car fee of 5,000 yen will be charged. If you board and disembark in cities other than Fukuoka, a round-trip dead-end fare will be charged. For reference, see the following:
* If you board the bus in Fukuoka and disembark outside of Fukuoka, you will be required to pay the driver an additional one-way dead-end fare of 5,000 yen for 7-, 10-, or 14-seater vehicles, or 10,000 yen for vehicles with 14 or more seats, payable in cash.

If you choose a one-day private charter car service, you will need to provide the driver with a meal allowance of 1,000 yen/day. If you choose a multi-day private charter car service, when staying overnight in cities outside Fukuoka City, you will need to pay an additional 10,000 yen/night for the driver's accommodation and provide the driver with a meal allowance of 4,500 yen/day.
Overtime Fees

Highway tolls and parking fees
Highway tolls and parking fees incurred on the day must be paid directly in cash to the driver.
Safety seat fees

If you have a lot of luggage or it's bulky, we recommend booking a vehicle that's suitable for your needs. Any additional charges incurred due to not following the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity will be borne by the passenger.
If the road at the pick-up location is narrow and we cannot meet you at the door, you will be asked to walk a short distance to our designated location to pick up the car. Please note.
According to Japanese traffic laws, drivers cannot drive continuously for more than 2.5 hours and must have at least 30 minutes of rest time.
The private charter car departure time is based on the reservation time. Please be at the designated pick-up location on time.
If the private charter car time ends early, the price difference cannot be refunded.
Surcharges (child safety seats, remote area surcharges, private charter car and overnight charges) must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of departure. If you refuse to pay, the driver reserves the right to refuse transportation and no refund will be given.

The driver is usually a Chinese who has lived in Japan for many years. He is fluent in Chinese and Japanese and can provide translation assistance.
If you need to change the time and location after the order is placed, please notify us one day before departure to immediately change the departure time and hotel address.
If the itinerary or road conditions on the day of the private charter car need to be changed, it can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the day.
