– General Terms –
- Participants must be at least 16 years old to engage in this activity (no driver's license required). To have a passenger under 17 years old join them, the driver must be at least 18 years old
- For safety reasons, drivers and passengers do not get to swap during the tour
- Customers must pass a test track before participating in the tour. If a customer fails the test track and cannot use the reserved bike, no refund will be provided
- The experience operates on both rainy and sunny day
- Please ensure children are measured prior to arrival! Refunds cannot be provided on arrival for any children that do not reach height requirements
- The tour operates on rain days if the weather condition deems to be safe, feel free to contact the local knowledgeable team with numbers on the voucher for the most up to date forecast

– Important Information for Double Quad Bike –
- Due to safety concerns, there is a combined weight limit of 220 kg for Double Quad Bikes
- Children must be a minimum of 145 cm tall to be able to reach the footrests
– Important Information for 3 Seater Buggy –
- Passengers in the buggy's must be a minimum of 5 years of age
- Children must be a minimum of 110 cm tall (generally 4-5 years old) to ride in the buggy
– What to Bring –
- Please bring sunglasses
- Comfortable shoes and outfits that you don't mind getting dirty
Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Franz Josef Wilderness Tours reserve the right to cancel any tour at the last minute due to adverse or unsafe weather conditions
If minimum numbers are not met or in the event of unsafe conditions, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the event
In a case where customers can't pass the test track and a suitable alternative isn't guaranteed, some customers may be unable to join the tour with no guaranteed refund
For safety purpose, you must wear a helmet, regardless of any head pieces you may otherwise wear
For safety purposes you may be required to remove other headwear including beanies as we need to ensure they fit correctly for safety (except for turban, hijab)
Customers may be liable for up to $500 quad bike equipment damage, if damages sustained on the tour are due to careless driving or by not adhering to our tour regulations
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
