The regular service time period for chartered cars is 8:00-22:00. If you do not use the car within this service time period, please contact customer service for confirmation.
The chartered car time is 10 hours, and the itinerary is to and from Oslo city on the same day. If it ends in another place, there will be additional charges (please consult customer service for specific charges)
The pick-up and drop-off point for this product must be within Oslo city limits. If it exceeds the city limits, additional fees will be charged depending on the distance.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
