Drift ice is a natural phenomenon, so you may not be able to see it depending on the weather conditions (tides, wind direction, etc.) on the day of your trip. Please note that the operation of the drift ice icebreaker does not depend on the presence or absence of drift ice. In addition, the tour may be canceled due to bad weather or high waves. In the event of a cancellation, the boarding fee will be refunded.
The order of sightseeing may be changed, but sightseeing spots will not be omitted or sightseeing time shortened.

When staying in a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room, you may be asked to lay out your futon by yourself.

If you wish to change your meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., a fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per meal, and if there is a difference in price, the actual cost will be charged. As a general rule, please make your request at least 14 days before your departure date.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
For safety reasons, the travel fee for infants (preschool children aged 3-6) is 15,000 yen for a bus seat only.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
