When making a reservation, please be sure to provide your contact information (mobile phone number with international roaming/Line/WhatsApp/WeChat). Customer service will confirm the itinerary with you at 21:00 (local time) 1 day before departure at the latest. Please pay attention. If you haven't been contacted within the time limit, please contact customer service.
The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.
Due to limited space in the vehicle, each passenger can only bring one piece of checked luggage 28 inches or less for free. Please inform us when booking. If you need to bring more than one piece of checked luggage, you will need to pay a space fee of JPY2,000 per piece for the excess luggage. The space fee must be paid to the driver on site.
The price is the same for adults and children. For vehicles with less than 13 seats, safety seats are provided for infants under 2 years old, and a seat fee (adult price) is charged. Safety seats are not provided for children aged 3-6 years old by default. Please make a note when placing an order if you need to arrange one. When placing an order, you need to note the baby's date of birth for future reference.

Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent journey, no latecomers will be accommodated.
This itinerary is a fixed itinerary for carpooling. Customers who are also participating in this itinerary must abide by the stay time at each attraction and follow the driver's arrangements.
The natural scenery is affected by the weather of the day, which is a force majeure factor. If you do not enjoy the scenery as expected, there will be no refunds, please know!
If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. And if this results in personal or property safety, you must bear the consequences yourself.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather or emergencies that prevent the group from being organized, all fees will be refunded and liquidated damages will not be compensated.
Friendly reminder: Sunsets are later in the summer (approximately June-August), and the best time to view the night view of Mount Rokko is usually after dark (after 7:00 PM). Due to cable car operating hours, traffic regulations, and overall itinerary arrangements, this product may not be able to stay for the best night view in the summer. Please be aware.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
